The price of our products, listed underneath the product description, includes GST. Any additional pricing for delivery, will be displayed during checkout, before purchasing. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars

Placing an Order:

We do our best to ensure your orders are dispatched without problems. If there is ever an issue (with pricing, stock etc), we will get in touch via the contact details you provide and may need to cancel or adjust orders during this time. If this is the case, we will ensure to communicate adequately and provide alternatives, such as offering refunds.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love the products you ordered. However, if you are not satisfied with your order or your order arrives damaged/faulty, please reach out to us via the contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and concerns and we will resolve accordingly either through a refund, exchange or replacement pursuant to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Keeping it Honest:

We do our best to keep all product details, pricing and availability up to date, however mistakes can happen.
